An HR specialist for flexible and temporary IT staffing is looking for a Project Manager. This organization manages IT projects for various clients within the IT domains of Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. With 15 years of experience and a team of 180 colleagues on projects, they strive to meet individual needs and foster growth. The position can be filled with either a permanent or a freelance contract.
What you do
- Lead and monitor complex IT, software development, and implementation projects
- Monitor scope, planning, budget, capacity, quality
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers
- Manage dependencies between teams, projects
- Prepare management reports and progress reports
- Guide releases, migrations
- Improve testing, release, deployment, and service processes
- Coach teams and encourage collaboration and continuous improvement
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience as a Project Leader within IT infrastructure and/or software development projects
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Demonstrable experience with project management (scope, planning, budget, capacity, risks, and quality)
- Experience with stakeholder management and aligning business and IT objectives
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMBOK
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable project and backlog tools
- Knowledge of ITIL and experience with release, test, and quality management
- Master's degree or equivalent by experience, with excellent knowledge of Dutch and professional knowledge of English
