Client Manager Social District Team

Within a social district team, you are part of a self-organizing team. You work as both a generalist and a specialist.

What you will do.

• Together with the resident and other stakeholders, you integrally explore the demand and possible solutions. You stimulate and strengthen the resident's connection with their network and actively guide them towards collective offerings to support sustainable solutions.
• In consultation with your colleagues from the district team, you conduct introductory interviews with residents eligible for support.
• You contribute to your team's collectivization activities, such as initiating and guiding towards collective activities/initiatives in the district. Networking and exploring possibilities in the district are part of your work.
• You maintain contact with colleagues from a Work and Income department, exchange professional knowledge and developments, and ensure the strengthening of collaboration.

What they ask

• A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree.
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience as a client manager for work and income, including experience with the Participation Act, minimum policy, participation, and reintegration.
• You can listen openly and without judgment and ask questions that motivate others to act.
• You have courage, create tailor-made solutions with creative approaches and interventions that may lie outside conventional paths.
• You have persuasive power and take responsibility to do what is necessary, with perseverance but also the ability to let go.
• You are able to connect and activate the resident's self-solving capacity.
