You will support IT teams in their analysis, modeling, and application testing activities. You will serve as a reference point for working methods, associated tools, and continuous improvement of practices within a growing Belgian organization. Initiative and personal development are encouraged, with a focus on career planning and a dedicated training budget.
What you do
- Define, implement, and evolve functional analysis, modeling, and testing methods, as well as the supporting IT tools.
- Provide support to Jira and Confluence users: answer questions, guide usage, organize support actions, and evolve functionalities.
- Support teams in using the technical aspects of tools, including APIs, macros, and advanced features.
- Contribute to cloud migration projects and participate in the evaluation of on-premises alternatives.
- Manage the end-to-end testing strategy: design and document test cases, execute functional tests, and write test reports.
- Participate in the selection and integration of documentation, modeling, and testing tools, then guide analysts in their adoption.
- Identify areas for improvement in processes, support their implementation, and keep procedures and documentation up-to-date.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure the interoperability of processes and tools.
- Conduct audits and reviews of deliverables to strengthen the quality of analyses and tests.
- Monitor developments related to artificial intelligence and study how these solutions can be integrated on a large scale into existing development processes.
What they ask
- Master's degree in IT.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT development.
- Proven experience in a similar role and in-depth knowledge of methodologies, tools, and processes related to functional analysis and testing.
- Strong functional mastery of Jira and Confluence, with a good understanding of their technical aspects.
- Experience with comparable solutions is a plus.
- Solid knowledge in requirements gathering, functional analysis, data modeling, Agile, Scrum, object-oriented development principles, and test analysis & design.
- Experience with modeling notations and tools such as UML, BPMN, or ArchiMate is a plus.
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence methods and tools and the ability to identify usage opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and appreciation for initiative, teamwork, coaching, and the ability to persuade.
- Very good communication skills and proficiency in writing digital content in English.
- Comfortable in demanding environments and able to contribute to projects with significant time constraints.
- Fluent in French and at least a good passive knowledge of Dutch.
