What you will do.
- Formulate policy proposals based on consultation with stakeholders and analysis of specific themes.
- Advise and support training programs and educational managers in reforming existing and designing new programs.
- Support teachers in implementing innovative work and evaluation methods, educational technologies, and in designing face-to-face and blended education.
- Advise and support training programs and teachers in initiatives that safeguard the quality of education.
- Provide content support to consultation groups, ensure reporting, and practical follow-up.
- Provide content support to the department's operations and participate in general faculty initiatives.
Profile
- You hold a master's degree, or have achieved an equivalent level through experience.
- Experience with educational policy and/or development in the context of biomedical education is a plus.
- Affinity with higher education and an interest in educational development, policy-preparatory, and executive tasks.
- Experience with the development of learning environments/trajectories or with the didactic guidance of teachers and (academic) programs is a plus.
- You possess an analytical, critical, and creative mind and are strong in analyzing and solving problems.
- You work project-based, with particular attention to the need for sustainable implementation of achievements.
- You are eager to learn, accurate, and meticulous.
- Very good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Very good knowledge of Dutch and English.
- You are a team player, but can also work independently.
