The contractor carries out the assignment independently based on their own expertise, working methods, and professional responsibility, and determines how the intended results will be achieved. Contact is maintained with relevant stakeholders, and progress and results are periodically coordinated with the client. Presence at relevant cultural gatherings, networking activities, and events may be necessary.

- Advising the municipal organization on opportunities, developments, and possibilities for further strengthening the cultural ecosystem

- Utilizing art and culture to address social issues and increase cultural participation
