What you will do.
- Be ultimately responsible for the success of the branch.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of student mentors.
- Conduct intake, evaluation, and advisory meetings with students and parents.
- Organize schedules, administration, and action plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and other stakeholders in the region.
- Be an active part of the daily practice at the branch and support students during homework guidance.
- Realize growth, quality, and results within your branch.
- Be visibly present daily, identify opportunities in the region, and build sustainable collaborations.

- Be independent, decisive, and have a sense of responsibility.

- Experience in a leadership, coordinating, or entrepreneurial role.
