Personal Supervisor

GelderlandHybrid24 hours/week<3months

This is a pleasant apartment complex for (young) adults with a Physical Disability or Non-Congenital Brain Injury. Each resident has their own apartment with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. There are also common areas where residents cook, eat, and drink coffee together. Together with a team of (personal) supervisors, nurses, and support staff, you ensure that residents lead as independent and meaningful a life as possible. The team is diverse, values quality, and provides honest feedback.

Daily care is provided, and your ideas are always welcome.

What you do

As a Personal Supervisor, your tasks are diverse:

  • You organize the care and/or supervision of a number of clients. In the triangle 'client/representative—therapist—personal supervisor', you discuss what care a client needs and receives. You record this in a care plan and evaluate it regularly. You collaborate multidisciplinarily with, for example, a doctor, physiotherapist, and behavioral expert.
  • You provide care in the morning, during the day, or during dinner by listening, caring, helping someone on their way, or simply by being there. You think in possibilities, create opportunities, and thus reduce barriers in the client's life.
  • You plan, report, and perform other administrative tasks. You may arrange finances, supervise interns and trainees, or coordinate an outing.
  • You create a pleasant atmosphere in the residence and pay attention to what is happening. For you, it is your workplace; for clients, it is a home.

  • Thinking along about how care can be better organized.
  • A completed MBO level 4 education, such as MZ.
  • Willingness to work in varying shifts.
  • Willingness to learn and perform reserved actions, such as dispensing medication, wound care.
  • Eager to learn.
