- Receive patients and answer questions at the reception, by phone, and by email
- Schedule appointments and ensure well-organized agenda management
- Prepare and support consultations
- Perform measurements on patients when this fits within your role and competencies
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
- Be given space to work independently, take responsibility, and contribute to how the outpatient clinic can be further improved
- Work during the day, with working hours around 08:30 to 17:00; evening and night shifts are not applicable

Profile
- A completed or nearly completed MBO 4 degree as a medical assistant, a Verzorgende IG diploma, or a suitable secretarial education

Where you work. You will work in an outpatient clinic specializing in kidney diseases and geriatrics. Patients come here with diverse and sometimes complex care questions, which creates a versatile work environment. You will work closely with medical assistants, administrative staff, doctors, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals. Good cooperation and a pleasant working atmosphere are important. You will be given space to work independently, but can always rely on your colleagues.
