Recruitment Consultant

You will progressively develop your network of candidates and employers.

• You will support candidates and learn to clarify recruitment needs.
• You will develop the commercial dimension of a 360-degree role.
• You will work autonomously, with clear onboarding, a structured method, direct support, and a specialized platform as a base.

What you will do.

• Actively search for and contact relevant candidates.
• Carefully pre-select, interview, and follow up with candidates.
• Professionally and convincingly present candidates to employers.
• Participate in brief-taking and translate needs into a clear search.
• Progressively develop new relationships with employers.
• Support the process from initial contact to interview, offer, and placement.
• Correctly record activities, agreements, and statuses in a specialized platform.
• Work according to the organization's method, quality agreements, and confidentiality rules.

What they ask

• You have initial relevant professional experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition (1 to 3 years recommended).
• You enjoy supporting candidates and also wish to develop your commercial skills.
• You take initiatives, communicate professionally, and ensure rigorous follow-up.
• You work as an independent professional or are willing to properly start an independent activity.
• You are comfortable with digital tools and record your work in a structured manner.
• You are proficient in French at a professional C1 level.
• Dutch is an asset.
• A network or good knowledge of the region is an asset.
