Manager

- Pathfinder, outlining the initial contours of a new policy area or organizational development.

Specifically, the following activities are included in the role of Interim Manager within the pool:
- Monitoring processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and making improvement proposals.
- Stimulating collaboration and development within and between departments.
- Fulfilling a leadership role within a department.
- Leading projects, including monitoring progress and results.
- Coordinating organization-wide programs and initiatives.
- Acting as a pathfinder for new developments or change processes.
