Quality Specialist administrative support

• Ensure the reception, registration, and processing of complaints in the company database (Source eQMS system) in accordance with local and global standard operating procedures.
• Follow up on complaint files until their closure and manage samples related to complaints.
• Provide general administrative support to the Quality Assurance department for Germany and Austria.
• Collaborate closely with the central complaints unit (CCU), as well as with various departments (Patient Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Customer Service).
• Ensure good information flow, communicate on quality-related topics, and escalate issues to management.
• Organize reimbursement processes for complainants or pharmacies.
• Verify and upload documentation related to goods receipt for a subsidiary.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in a Quality-related environment.
• Junior profiles are accepted provided they already have initial professional experience.
• Good command of the English language, both written and oral.
• Comfortable with the use of electronic systems and databases.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a regulated environment.
