Training Improvement Advisor
Play a key role at the heart of organizational change within a defense organization. This organization constantly adapts to changing strategic circumstances, technological innovations, and operational insights. To ensure that units are optimally prepared for their tasks, continuous thoughtfulness and renewal of the readiness process are essential. As a Training Improvement Advisor, you fulfill a steering role in shaping, adjusting, and embedding the methodology by which units are educated and trained.
You form the substantive bridge between strategic visions and the actual implementation provisions. You analyze relevant societal and technological trends, assess the consequences for the domain of Education, Training, and Knowledge Production (OTK), and translate these into applicable advice and policy. Because change and innovation within this organization require perseverance, an advisor is sought who wishes to commit to the team for a longer period.
You build sustainable relationships, ensure the continuity of well-considered change lines, and grow into the substantive and institutional memory of our department.
