An educational institution is looking for a teacher for group 8 of special primary education (SBO). What you will do.
- Ensure a good balance between effort and relaxation in your group, so that students can learn and feel safe and seen.
- Follow up on and contribute to the clear implementation of lessons using quality cards per subject area.
- Provide feedback on both the learning process and the end result, so that students develop ownership over their growth.
- Help children gain structure and provide guidance in their social development and interaction with others.
- Coordinate student care for your group: signal, analyze, coordinate, and undertake targeted actions.
- Actively participate in team meetings with colleagues and stakeholders, and translate the shared vision into powerful didactic methods and learning activities.
- Work with children with specific educational needs, applying various didactic methods and learning activities.
- Present learning material in small steps, clearly and structured.
- Create a safe learning environment with a clear pedagogical climate: clear behavioral rules and consistent compliance.
- Signal, register, and evaluate problems in students, and guide them using group plans and development perspectives.
- Discuss the child's development with colleagues, internal supervisor, management, and parents/guardians.
