Reward Tax Specialist

You are interested in working with the management of (inter)national clients and want to provide complex tax advice in a dynamic environment.

What you will do.

• Set up, structure, roll out, and finalize management participation plans, in coordination with the Tax Authorities.
• Advise on income tax and review corporate tax, dividend tax, and international tax aspects.
• Handle diverse and challenging tasks, addressing complex tax issues and advising on non-tax aspects.
• Monitor national and international developments in management compensation and inform clients about them.
• Collaborate with accountants, lawyers, and valuation experts to be more broadly involved in commercial negotiations and the design of management incentive or investment plans.
• Advise a diverse group of clients, from large private equity firms to startups, on their compensation policy.

What they ask

• A university background in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics (completed or nearly completed).
• Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
