What you do
- Update and implement the housing vision
- Develop and monitor the housing construction program
- Prepare and implement laws and regulations in the field of social housing
- Act as a substantive expert in the field of housing for specific target groups
- Draw up multi-year performance agreements with housing corporations and tenant organizations
- Guide administrative consultations with housing corporations
- Advise management, leadership, and colleagues on housing policy
- Represent the organization within regional partnerships
- Manage budgets within the housing policy domain
Profile
You are an experienced policy officer with extensive knowledge of housing, social housing, and municipal policy development. You are strategically strong, able to translate complex policy issues into concrete solutions, and a solid discussion partner for management, housing corporations, and regional cooperation partners. You work independently, are administratively sensitive, and can carefully weigh different interests.
Thanks to your analytical skills and communication abilities, you contribute to a future-proof housing policy.

- Demonstrable work experience on the theme of Housing within a government organization and/or housing corporation
- Demonstrable work experience with the Environmental Act (Omgevingswet) and permits

Preferences.
- Completed HBO degree in Urban Planning (Planologie)
