What you will do.
- Make a significant contribution to the psychiatric diagnosis and treatment of adult clients with transgressive and criminal behavior.
- Conduct psychiatric research.
- Provide input for treatment plans and implement them together with the multidisciplinary team.
- Combine outpatient and outreach work, including home visits.
- As a medical specialist, be connected to multidisciplinary consultations and collaborate with clinical psychologists, GZ psychologists, educationalists (-generalists), and systemic therapists.
- Contribute to content and organizational developments and innovations as a team member and member of the medical staff.
- Work with complex families and systems.
Profile
- BIG registration as a Psychiatrist.
- Culturally sensitive, patient, and connecting.
- Enjoy working in a team and be able to de-escalate situations when required.
- Good collaboration skills within the team and with external partners such as probation organizations, child protection organizations, and other aid organizations.
