Guide and implement improvement projects within locations.
Contribute to stable staffing and reducing absenteeism.
Support issues related to inspections and results from parent and employee satisfaction surveys.
Act as an experienced sparring partner for location managers and operational management.
Quickly switch between different locations, teams, and issues.
