Composite Employee
As a civilian employee at an aviation organization, you contribute to peace and security with your specialization. You work together in a team of military personnel, reservists, and other civilian employees. Your role directly contributes to the safety, deployability, and reliability of aircraft. You ensure that composite components and rotor blades are in optimal condition, so that the aircraft can be safely deployed for national and international missions.

What you will do.
- Perform inspections using tap testing and visual checks on composite components, rotor blades, and the aircraft itself.
- Repair rotor blades and components.
- Apply repair techniques such as: wet laminating of fiber fabric, bonding of components, vacuum curing.
- Carefully record completed work in the administration.
- Work independently or with your team on complex maintenance issues.
What they ask
- Completed MBO (equivalent) education in a technical field.
- Affinity with composite materials and technical work.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in technical English.
- Accurate and meticulous working method.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
Preferences.
- Prior education or experience with composite processing.
- Experience within aviation or with composite processing in an aviation environment.
Practical
- A security screening and reference check (upon request) are part of the selection procedure.
- An assessment may be part of the selection procedure.
- You must possess Dutch nationality.
