- You mediate in (potential) disputes between management and employee participation bodies.
- You coordinate training for employee participation bodies.
- You monitor developments in employee participation and translate them for the organization.
- You draft advice, notes, and management reports.
- You represent the organization in broader consultations, working groups, and networks.
- You strengthen knowledge sharing and communication about employee participation within the organization.
