Project Leader (Music Center)

A local government is investing in a music center and a creative space for young people. This center aims to foster talent, connect organizers and musicians, and bring residents together, thereby contributing to a vibrant music sector.
What you will do.
- Develop the vision for the music center and translate it into a concrete multi-year plan.
- Identify societal and policy-related opportunities.
- Advise the board on the further development of the center.
- Signal opportunities and needs within the local music field from practice and translate them into proposals for the further development of urban music policy, in collaboration with internal policy officers.
- Build and direct a network by connecting musicians, organizers, associations, educational, cultural, and youth partners.
- Develop sustainable partnerships and stimulate consultation and collaboration within the music ecosystem.
- Develop and realize projects, activities, and events that contribute to the center's objectives.
- Create opportunities for talent development, creation, presentation, and encounter.
- Stimulate experimentation and respond flexibly to opportunities.
- Acquire external resources and strategic partnerships by detecting subsidy opportunities and writing or coordinating subsidy applications.
- Develop supra-local and regional collaborations.
- Position and profile the center by increasing its visibility and representing it within relevant networks.
- Contribute to a recognizable identity and image.
- Coordinate operations and internal alignment with internal services.
- Ensure efficient work processes and monitor planning, budgets, and operational agreements.

- You have a bachelor's degree or two years of relevant experience.
