- The organization offers a professional and family-like environment, allowing for autonomy and individual progression.
- Each portfolio manager handles about 35 to 40 cases and receives support from managers and partners.
- The clientele is distinguished by its quality and technicality, involving merger operations, consolidation, or foreign tax issues.
- The proposed role combines technical expertise, supervision, and organization, in close proximity to the teams.
- The fiduciary aims to strengthen its management with a Supervising Accountant, capable of supporting portfolio managers, structuring their work, and transmitting their experience.
What you will do.
- Provide technical support to employees facing the most complex situations.
- Supervise and support a team of portfolio managers in the daily follow-up of their cases.
- Participate in closing meetings and assist portfolio managers in analyzing their cases.
- Monitor the progress of cases and ensure compliance with accounting and tax deadlines.
- Foster the team's skill development through concrete guidance and regular follow-up.
- Ensure fluid communication with partners and actively contribute to the general organization of the office.
Profile
- Good expertise and comfortable interacting with both clients and teams.
- Significant experience in a fiduciary firm, with a solid command of Belgian accounting and taxation.
- Ability to combine theoretical vision and operational reality.
- Organized, capable of managing multiple deadlines in parallel and structuring priorities.
- Experience in coaching or supervising employees and valuing knowledge transfer.
- Pedagogical, accessible, and experienced enough to guide employees of different skill levels.
Practical
- An annual training budget of €1,000 per employee (combining internal and external training).
- Remuneration up to €5,000 gross/month over 13.92 months, depending on experience and autonomy.
- For independent profiles, collaboration up to €60/hour.
- Over €200 in net monthly expenses.
- A car budget of approximately €1,000 per month for a company vehicle.
- Up to two bonus mechanisms, one linked to the structure's results and the other to personal objectives and evaluation (up to €3,000 gross).
- Concrete support in skill development, with the possibility of pursuing a recognized pathway and coverage of internship costs.
- An evolving remuneration policy based on performance, progression, and involvement.
