You work closely with the client and contribute to sustainable change. You are often the first point of contact and, from the initial contact, you make an important contribution to building a relationship of trust. You oversee the whole, maintain an overview of complex situations, identify issues, and actively make proposals. From a helicopter view, you ensure that the right care is deployed at the right time in close consultation with the primary therapist.
You work in a dynamic and sometimes unpredictable practice, where your professional judgment and creativity are essential. There is room to deviate from standard routes when it better suits the client.

- You enjoy teamwork and take responsibility
