An organization is looking for an SRE / Ops Engineer to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of its digital platforms.
- Within a modern Cloud environment strongly oriented towards DevOps, you will be involved in the operation, supervision, and continuous improvement of services.
- As a key player in operational reliability, you will manage incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions necessary to maintain a high level of service quality.
- This assignment takes place in a demanding international context, with high stakes for availability and performance.
What you will do.
- Ensure the operational maintenance of platforms.
- Supervise production environments and manage incidents.
- Identify and analyze the root causes of malfunctions.
- Implement and improve monitoring, observability, and alerting systems.
- Utilize metrics, logs, and performance indicators to optimize service quality.
- Participate in the automation of operations and the improvement of deployment pipelines.
- Support teams in defining and monitoring SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs.
- Disseminate good SRE, DevOps, and ITSM practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening the resilience and performance of services.
What they ask
- Significant experience as an Ops or DevOps Engineer.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Solid experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Expertise in monitoring and observability solutions (Datadog or equivalent).
- Good command of CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of scripting (Shell, Python).
- Good understanding of security, performance, and availability issues.
- Professional English is imperative.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
