As a floor manager at a store concept located at a station, you ensure the smooth operation of the store. You guide a dedicated team and contribute to an optimal shopping experience. The organization offers a pleasant workplace with growth opportunities.
What you will do.
- You distribute tasks and provide clear instructions.
- You actively participate on the shop floor and quickly identify what is needed.
- You solve problems quickly.

- You ensure that everyone works safely and according to the rules.

- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Proficiency in Dutch at B1 level.
Practical
- Flexible schedule, in consultation with the manager.
- Availability for shifts starting from 05:30 AM and ending no later than 10:00 PM (opening and closing).
- Opportunity to follow a BBL training course (MBO level 3 or 4).
- Onboarding program including a buddy system and an onboarding app.
