Location Manager Childcare

This childcare organization is looking for a Location Manager who makes a difference. You are a leader with courage and experience, responsible for the daily management and further development of the location.

What you will do.

  • Responsible for the daily management and further development of the location.
  • Lead 20 to 40 employees.
  • Be visibly present on the work floor and know what is happening within the teams.
  • Ensure clear frameworks and monitor the quality of childcare.
  • Create an environment where employees take ownership and can develop.
  • Take initiative and dare to make decisions when situations require attention.
  • Conduct conversations with employees or parents.
  • Participate in meetings to ensure quality requirements within childcare.
  • Ensure everything is in order, from team atmosphere to childcare quality.

Practical

  • One-year contract with the aim of long-term cooperation and an indefinite agreement.
  • Salary based on work experience, minimum € 3,952 and maximum € 5,375 (for 36 hours, collective labor agreement for childcare, scale 10).
  • A position with a lot of autonomy, where ownership is expected in return.
