Project Secretary

As a project secretary within an internal department, you will work on various national projects within a public organization. You support project leaders, monitor progress, and ensure that plans are converted into concrete results. It is a versatile role where you use your organizational talent for the renewal and improvement of the organization.

What you will do.

• You will work on national and cross-organizational projects that contribute to the development of the public organization.
• You will be deployed on various content-related and organizational issues, such as innovative initiatives, the development of career policies, or the implementation of new structures.
• You will regularly work on multiple projects simultaneously, which requires flexibility and an overview.
• You are the right-hand and sparring partner of the project leader, ensuring that projects run smoothly.
• You organize meetings, monitor schedules and agreements, and maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders.
• You identify bottlenecks, contribute to solutions, and ensure that actions are followed up.
• Depending on the project and agreements with the project leader, you will also independently take on content-related tasks.

• Talent for coordinating, structuring, and monitoring progress.
• Good communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the Netherlands.
• Preferably, experience as a project or program secretary within a national or cross-organizational project.
