As a basic doctor, you want to discover a new direction and continue to grow. For an occupational health service, we are looking for an ANIOS who wants to develop within occupational medicine. You combine medical knowledge with personal guidance and help people stay healthy and sustainably at work. Experience in occupational medicine is welcome, but not required. You will receive an extensive induction program, personal guidance, and internal training opportunities.
You can also progress to a registered occupational physician through a training program at the employer's expense.
What you do
Under the supervision of a registered occupational physician, you guide employees who have dropped out or are at risk of dropping out. You investigate how health, work, and personal circumstances influence each other and translate this into advice on recovery and return to work. Your tasks include:
- Conducting consultations and guiding employees during recovery and reintegration.
- Assessing work capacity and possibilities for work.
- Advising employees and employers on a responsible return to work.
- Identifying work-related complaints and prevention opportunities.
- Consulting with occupational physicians, case managers, and other experts.
As you gain more experience, your independence will grow. You can rely on experienced colleagues and guidance that matches your development.
Where you work. You will join an accessible occupational health service with short lines of communication and low-threshold consultation. There is attention for the person behind the complaints and for what someone needs to regain control over health and work. The organization has extensive experience in training doctors. You learn in practice, follow internal training programs, and get space to broaden your knowledge.

- Completed Medicine degree and valid BIG registration.
