Men's Lacrosse Trainer

• You are responsible for the training sessions of the men's team.
• You provide a weekly training session on the outdoor fields of a sports center.
• You guide and develop both competitive and recreational players.
• You help them improve their technical, tactical, and physical skills.
• Your goal is to raise the level of play, increase enjoyment, and achieve good results in the competition.
• In addition to regular training, you participate a few times a year in team and instructor meetings, further training activities, and social events.

• Several years of playing experience and demonstrable experience in providing lacrosse training for both youth and seniors.
• A driven and enthusiastic trainer who shows clear leadership and has an eye for the association's interests.
• A trainer who 'stands above the group' but, if necessary, dares to 'be among them' and participates in the social hour after a match or training.
• The ability to interact naturally with the target group 'students'.
• A trainer who pays attention to the progression of existing members and the integration of new students.
• A trainer who can set up training sessions that cater to players of different levels.
• Someone who fits within the current club culture and has knowledge of and can deal with different cultural backgrounds.
• You can function independently and proactively.
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English.

• The working language on campus is largely English.
