You act as a connecting link between policy, implementation, regional cooperation partners, and external suppliers. What you do
- Monitors the execution of contractual agreements with contracted providers within the social domain
- Handles signals from the organization regarding supplier performance and translates these into appropriate actions
- Identifies risks, deviations, and areas for improvement and discusses these with involved parties
- Advises on contractual, financial, and qualitative issues
- Ensures monitoring and reporting on the performance of contract partners
- Maintains contacts with internal stakeholders, including consultants, quality employees, policy advisors, and administrative support
- Maintains contacts with external stakeholders, including care providers, regional cooperation partners
- Follows developments in contract management, procurement, and regional cooperation within the social domain
- Provides substantive input for tenders, contract extensions, and new procurement processes where necessary
- Participates in relevant regional consultations and represents the interests of the organization therein
Profile
For a temporary period, a municipal organization is looking for an independent and experienced Contract and Supplier Manager for the social domain. You manage, monitor, and optimize existing contracts with care providers and suppliers. You maintain the relationship with contract partners, monitor compliance with agreements made, and advise on improvements in implementation and cooperation.
You are the connecting link between policy, implementation, regional cooperation partners, and external suppliers and contribute to high-quality, lawful, and efficient service provision within the social domain.

- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level in the field of Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, Management in Healthcare, or directly comparable
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience as a contract manager within the social domain of a municipal organization

- Demonstrable work experience within the social domain, specifically in the areas of Wmo, Jeugdwet, and/or related provisions
