As PR & Communications Manager Benelux, you will shape and deliver integrated B2B and B2C communications for a portfolio of hotels. You will strengthen brand awareness and reputation through media relations, compelling content, partnerships, and campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies. You will have two direct reports within the social media team.

- Minimum three years' experience in PR, communications, or marketing, preferably within hospitality, travel, or leisure.
- Proven ability to manage projects, external agencies, media relationships, and strategic partnerships independently.
- Fluent Dutch is mandatory, with excellent written and spoken English.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving Benelux environment.
Profile
- Strategic PR and communications expertise across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Strong media relations, copywriting, storytelling, and brand partnership skills.
- Confident management of agencies, campaigns, press events, and multiple stakeholders, including the internal social media team.
- Experience with influencer and creator partnerships.
- Ability to support internal communications initiatives.
- Analytical, creative, and hands-on, with a focus on measurable results and brand consistency.
