Recruitment Partner

• You will gain access to the organization's brand and contracts.
• Use of RecruitCRM and AI tooling for sourcing and interview reports.
• A LinkedIn Recruiter seat is available once you work full-time and achieve approximately one placement per month.
• Invoicing and debtor management are handled.
• Payment within 48 hours after invoicing; the organization pre-finances.
• Sourcing support from an external team.
• A workspace at the office is available if desired.
• Assistance with setting up your own business, if not already established.
• Earnings start at 50% of the fee for placements with existing clients, increasing up to 75% for your own clients.
• An additional 5% on every paid placement from recruiters you bring in.
• Clients you bring in are pre-registered as your clients.
• For the first six months, you may start on existing vacancies of the organization while building your own client base. After a maximum of six months, you will operate with your own book of business.
• This is not a fixed job with a salary or daily management, nor a franchise or pyramid scheme.

What they ask

• Minimum 3 years of experience at a recruitment agency, full-cycle and with direct client contact.
• A proven track record of placements.
• Strong commercial acumen: you dare to call and acquire clients.
• Independent, you do not require daily supervision.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Own business (NL or EU, with VAT number), or willingness to set one up.
• A market where you see opportunities, for example in Finance, ERP/EPM, Cloud, IT, Data/AI, and consultancy, but open to other niches.
