You will apply your experience to various clients and diverse facility management issues. You will join organizations when your knowledge and experience are needed. For example, you can be deployed as a facilities coordinator, facilities manager, or facilities project leader. The role and environment will differ per assignment. We are looking for a professional with a broad facility management background who can quickly adapt to new situations.

Profile
Working on an interim basis means variety. Each assignment requires you to quickly understand a new organization. You will deal with different stakeholders, processes, contracts, suppliers, and ways in which facility services are organized. You must be able to switch between different environments and relatively quickly determine your role. This requires independence, flexibility, and adaptability.
What they ask
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant facility management work experience, for example as a facilities coordinator, facilities manager, or facilities project leader
- Preferably a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Facility Management. If you have a different HBO educational background, extensive and relevant facility experience is required
- Knowledge of and experience with soft services, such as cleaning, security, catering
- Experience with hard services, such as technology and building management, is a significant plus
- Willingness to travel up to 1.5 hours one way by car
