For an organization in the medical sector, you will be the central point of contact for customers. Together with a team of approximately 8 colleagues, you will ensure that all administrative and commercial processes run smoothly.
What you will do.
- You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about orders, reservations, and loan equipment.
- You will process customer orders and follow them up meticulously.
- You will prepare offers, contracts, invoices, and credit notes.
- You will handle questions and complaints in a customer-oriented manner, always aiming for a long-term collaboration.
- Your job involves a healthy mix of administrative tasks and customer contact, both via email and phone.
Profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative and customer-oriented role.
- You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good level of French.
- You work proficiently with common MS Office programs.
- You work accurately and structured at a steady pace.
Practical
- You will start with an interim contract, with the possibility of a permanent contract after approximately 6 months.
- Your gross salary will be between 3000 and 4500 euros per month, depending on your experience and profile.
- You will receive meal vouchers of 10 euros per worked day and eco-vouchers of 250 euros per year.
- With a permanent contract, you will receive group and hospitalization insurance including dental care.
- There is a possibility of a bicycle lease plan and reimbursement for commuting.
- You will work a fixed schedule (8 AM - 4 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM).
- After onboarding, remote work is possible up to 2 days per week, with an allowance of 120 euros per month for internet and home office costs.
- You will enjoy 29 annual vacation days.
