You are sought as an IT Infrastructure Project Delivery Lead to manage and mentor a team of IT Infrastructure Project Managers. This role combines hands-on project management with leadership responsibilities within an international organization. It offers a leadership opportunity in a structured PMO environment and the chance to remain hands-on with project management tasks.
What you will do. Team Leadership (20-40% of your workload):
- Lead and inspire a team of IT Infrastructure Project Managers
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies
- Maintain compliance with SLA commitments to clients
- Develop and uphold project management standards and frameworks
- Report project statuses and performance metrics to senior management
- Align team projects with the organization's strategic goals
Project Management (the remainder of your time):
- Manage one or more complex IT Infrastructure projects
- Maintain direct involvement in planning, execution, and delivery to ensure success

- A strong background as a senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager
- Proven expertise in delivering a variety of complex IT Infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in complex organizational structures
- Exceptional stakeholder management, planning, and risk mitigation skills
- Proficiency in PMI or equivalent project management methodologies
- Fluent communication in English
- Experience coaching or mentoring other project managers
Preferences.
- Experience leading a team of project managers in a PMO structure
- Relevant project management certifications
- Fluent communication in Dutch
