Due to increased workload, a consultancy firm is looking to expand its team. Are you the construction professional with a passion for monuments who will strengthen the team? The consultancy firm supports and unburdens owners of mostly national monumental churches and ecclesiastical buildings in the areas of subsidy applications, maintenance, restoration, and management. Additionally, advice is provided on sustainability, repurposing, integrating secondary functions, renovation, and expansion.
Contacts are maintained with all relevant organizations in monument management and with national, provincial, and municipal governments. The work area covers various provinces in the Northern Netherlands. The organization is ERM certified.
What you will do.
- Responsible for projects from planning to implementation phase, in close collaboration with the owner
- Work with laws and regulations in the field of heritage
- Prepare multi-year budgets for, among other things, subsidy applications
What they ask
- Preferably 5 years of relevant experience
Profile
- Completed HBO level construction education or demonstrable HBO working and thinking level
- Good communication, organizational, and administrative skills
- Affinity with cultural heritage
- Experience working in a digital environment
- Commercial insight
- Occasionally available outside regular working hours
- Reside in the work area
- Possess a driving license and car
