We are looking for an energetic HR Advisor for a young team within a municipal organization, where people are central. This assignment is to replace a colleague on maternity leave. In a compact organization, executive work is also part of the duties.
What you do
- First point of contact for team leaders, together with another HR Advisor.
- Advises, supports, and guides team leaders and their employees on HRM issues.
- Develops, implements, and executes municipal HRM policy.

- Education relevant to this position.
- Demonstrable work experience as an HR Advisor within politically administrative organizations.
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrable work experience as an HR Advisor within a municipal organization.
- At least 1 recent reference for similar work.
Preferences.
- Recognized, completed HRM or P&O education at a minimum of HBO level.
- Demonstrable work experience as an HR Advisor within a municipal organization.
- Knowledge and demonstrable work experience in the field of HR and familiarity with the specialisms associated with a municipal organization.
Practical
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy: the candidate must have their own mobile phone including a subscription for business contacts.
- The same applies to a laptop or iPad.
