You will lead the planning and management of a team of approximately 10 colleagues.
- The focus is on coaching, reviewing files, and conducting client discussions.

What you will do.
- Manage, guide, and coach your team (planning for 10 colleagues).
- Follow strict deadlines and perform quality controls and final discussions.
- Independently manage and monitor complex corporate and SME files from A to Z, with in-depth knowledge of personal income tax, corporate tax, and VAT.
- Actively contribute to further professionalization by responding to innovations, current events, and the implementation of new technologies.
Profile
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy-Taxation.
- You have extensive experience of approximately 10 years within the accountancy sector.
- You have strong expertise in managing files from A to Z, corporate tax, personal income tax, and VAT.
- You possess excellent leadership skills and are energized by coaching employees.
- You maintain a high pace, are flawlessly up-to-date with tax developments, think solution-oriented, and are extremely adaptable to changes and AI.
- Experience with modern software packages such as Silverfin, Exact Online, Yuki, or Bizzcontrol is a significant plus.
