You will work as an HR consultant in a versatile role at an organization that connects flexible employees, clients, and colleagues. You will ensure that planning runs smoothly, processes remain in order, and employees receive the attention they deserve. No two days are the same; you respond quickly to changing circumstances and optimally support both clients and employees.
What you do
- Ensure optimal personnel planning and staffing for various clients
- Liaise with managers, stakeholders, and employees regarding deployability, capacity
- Prepare, process, and manage contracts, mutations, and other HR administration
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose suitable solutions
- Guide and support employees throughout their entire deployment period
- Act as the first point of contact for operational and HR-related questions
- Monitor deadlines, agreements, and administrative processes
- Actively contribute to improving processes, services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients
Profile
We are looking for a driven and structured HR consultant who enjoys switching between various tasks and stakeholders.
- MBO 4 or HBO level, preferably in HRM or Business Administration
- Experience with planning, administration, or HR processes is a plus
- You work accurately and maintain an overview under pressure
- Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities
- Communicatively skilled with various target groups
