As a Senior Manager International Employment Tax, you are directly involved in issues concerning international clients. Your assignments range from assessing the tax and/or social security position of an individual to implementing international remote working policies for the client. You work closely with international colleagues to solve complex problems arising from changes in laws and regulations, current developments, and changing public opinions.
Due to the strong growth of the national practice, there is a need to strengthen a specialized team. Talented and ambitious professionals with experience in payroll taxes are sought.
What you will do. Within the practice, you will work for national and international clients, advising on international issues related to payroll tax and social security. The team's activities are broadly focused on employment and remuneration, such as: risk management, process work, technical tax law, social insurance, and employment conditions. There is a continuous focus on innovation, data analysis, and technology. As a Senior Manager:
- You will lead a team of (senior) associates
- You will be responsible for your own client portfolio and advising clients
- You will coach your team in their professional and personal development
- You will contribute to the further development and growth of the team
Profile
- You have a university degree in Fiscal Economics or Tax Law
- You have approximately 10 years of relevant work experience in international payroll taxes
- You write and speak excellent Dutch and English
- You possess broad knowledge of recent developments in both fiscal and more (business) strategic areas concerning payroll tax issues
- You are strongly analytical
- You identify commercial connections and pursue them
- You have strong communication skills and can convey complex fiscal and non-fiscal topics understandably to the client, both in writing and orally
- You can empathize well with your colleagues and stakeholders and have an eye for the added value of each individual
