For a financial institution, we are looking for a Credit File Officer within the Individual Credits department. In this role, you will monitor and control credit files, with a particular focus on releasing funds for clients who are building or renovating, for example, their home or second residence.
What you do
- Control requests for the release of credit funds.
- Verify that the requested amounts correspond to the purpose of the mortgage loan.
- Control invoices and associated documents.
- Ensure that funds are released in accordance with the agreed credit conditions.
- Ensure rigorous follow-up and processing of files.
Profile
- You are fluent in French and Dutch.
- You are rigorous, analytical, and comfortable with administrative tasks.
- You have an eye for detail and enjoy working with files and documents.
- Knowledge or experience in financial services, credit, or the banking sector is a plus.
- You are immediately available for a temporary assignment.
