A healthcare organization is looking for an enthusiastic colleague to support clients as a personal counselor. This role involves working at a location and partly on an outpatient basis.
What you will do.
- Guide clients living independently and clients in protected living.
- Work partly on an outpatient basis and partly in group services.
- Establish the guidance plan.
- Coordinate the guidance.
- Functionally manage colleagues.
- Proactively, results-oriented, and recovery-oriented guidance of clients and their network.
- Collaborate with the client for sustainable recovery, aligning with their wishes and needs.
- Apply the SRH methodology.
- Liaise with many therapists and the client's network.
Profile
- Sense of responsibility.
- Good collaboration with clients, colleagues, and the network.
- Experience with the client target group.
- Find it challenging to guide diverse clients.
- Possess a relevant HBO diploma, such as SPH, social work, MWD, or similar.
Practical
- Extensive internal training opportunities, including the SRH methodology and courses on aggression, transgressive behavior, BHV, and medication.
- An initial one-year contract, with the intention of converting it into a permanent contract.
- A smartphone and laptop to perform the work effectively.
- Attractive secondary employment conditions, such as holiday allowance, year-end bonus, travel allowance, a balance budget, company fitness, and a bicycle plan.
