This cluster supports adult clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Mild Intellectual Disability (MID), and/or ADHD.
- Care needs are often complex, intertwined with comorbidity, and require a broad perspective, flexibility, and creativity.
- As a therapist, you seek alignment in treatment, taking into account issues in language use, pace, and formulation.
- You apply additional therapeutic skills in protocol-based treatments to connect with the client.
- The focus is on a careful, quick, and appropriate start to treatment, transdiagnostic work, and looking at the person behind the diagnosis.
- Collaboration with clients, their relatives, and the network, as well as recovery-oriented work with a focus on autonomy, connection, and development, is essential.
- Close collaboration is maintained with other expertise clusters, regional teams, a recovery academy, and network partners to ensure clients receive the right care at the right time.
What you will do.
- You will work in a team with broad, generalist, and (trans)diagnostic expertise.
- You will contribute to a culture that encourages building, pioneering, and developing new working methods.
- Collaboration across team, function, and diagnosis boundaries is important.
- You will be involved in the direct implementation of appropriate diagnostics and treatment, both individually and in groups.
- You will make a difference for a large target group within specialized mental healthcare.
As a Psychiatrist:
- You will be the medical lead practitioner, bringing structure, overview, and direction to often complex trajectories.
- You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team and contribute to the further development of the cluster.
As a Clinical Psychologist:
- You will provide specialized diagnostics and treatment.
- You will bring action-oriented expertise and co-shape treatment policy.
As a GZ-Psychologist:
- You will work both generally and specialized.
- You will perform diagnostics and treatment and actively contribute to innovation and quality development.
