- Responsible for the technical follow-up and execution of real estate projects
- Monitors quality, planning
- Actively contributes to optimizing designs and execution details
- Translates concepts into feasible and high-quality realizations
- Ensures the execution, coordination, and follow-up of construction projects in progress
- Checks and, if necessary, reworks plans, execution details
- Is present on site and ensures smooth cooperation between all involved parties
- Works closely with developers and external architects to guarantee the quality of each project
- Contributes ideas for optimizations that are aesthetically, technically, and financially sound

- You are an (engineer-) architect with experience in the execution and coordination of construction projects
- You work as a self-employed professional
- You have a practical, solution-oriented mindset and an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills and a natural feeling for quality and aesthetics
- You are structured, independent
