As a Dispatcher, you ensure that all maintenance and service assignments run smoothly and efficiently. You continuously maintain an overview between technicians, subcontractors, and administration, with safety and good planning as your main focus points. You are the central link that ensures technicians go on the road every day efficiently, safely, and fully prepared in Belgium and Luxembourg.

What you do
- You are co-responsible for the agenda of a large team of technicians and draw up a feasible, efficient schedule.
- You check that all necessary safety documents are present and correct and ensure that procedures are strictly followed.
- You answer questions, offer support during assignments, and ensure correct registration of all activities.
- You process work orders, report additional work, and accurately coordinate planning, materials, and personnel needs.
Profile
- You have a bachelor's degree or diploma in an administrative or technical field.
- You have a technical affinity or experience with work preparation, dispatching, or planning (a plus).
- You work smoothly with Outlook and MS Office.
- You excel in structure, follow-up, and multitasking.
- You communicate clearly in Dutch and French.
- You are a team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and collaborating.
- Ideally, you live in the vicinity of the work location.
