You independently manage all types of files (family law, corporate law, real estate law).
- As file manager, you ensure the smooth running of all formalities carried out before and after the passing of the deed.
- You act as a trusted person for all parties involved (in addition to the notary).
- You work in collaboration with the other lawyers and other members of the firm.
Profile
- You hold a master's degree in law and/or notarial studies.
- You preferably have prior experience in notarial practice or another legal profession.
- You master common IT tools (Microsoft Office) and are willing to train in the use of new software, for example, ActaLibra.
- You have an open, friendly, and attentive personality towards a clientele largely composed of local residents.
- You master the art of translating complex legal language into simple and understandable terms for everyone.
- You are eager to learn and spontaneously share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues.
- You contribute to the implementation of a uniform structure within the firm, while being attentive to possible improvements and optimizations.
