What you do
As a Recruitment Partner, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process:
- Client acquisition: You actively approach companies and build your own client portfolio.

- Candidate selection: You search for suitable candidates using tools and external platforms.
- Interviews and placement: You conduct intake interviews, guide candidates, and ensure successful placements.
- Relationship management: You maintain contact with clients and candidates, ensuring sustainable collaborations.

- Experience in sales, recruitment, HR, or business services is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to easily interact with candidates and clients.
