As a Global Export Employee, you are the linchpin behind international transports. You support the Export Account Managers in the daily organization of worldwide shipments and ensure that bookings, documents, and administration are correct and completed on time. Thanks to your accuracy, the operation continues smoothly.
What you do
- Support Export Account Managers with the daily administration of international transports
- Request sailing schedules and book departures to destinations worldwide
- Provide the correct documentation for each shipment: B/L instructions, House B/Ls, tank certificates, and final documents
- Correctly process customs documents in C-point and Portbase
- Upload and process additional costs and client documentation in various client portals
- Handle other administrative tasks within the operation as needed

- Interest in logistics and international transport; experience is a plus, but motivation to learn the profession is just as important
- Be proficient with digital systems and portals and quickly master new tools
