This assignment is for an experienced notarial lawyer who enjoys variety and wishes to further develop their knowledge within an open culture. A specialized organization supports its clients by deploying lawyers on a project basis in various notarial offices. What you will do. The tasks within a notarial office are very diverse and vary per project. You can make a difference by:
- Drafting deeds (A-Z) in various legal domains (real estate, inheritances, family law, corporate law, donations, etc.)
- Providing advice to clients in various legal domains
- Conducting research
Profile
- Lawyer with 1 year of work experience in a notarial office
- Familiar with the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and specific software (Acta Libra, Data Consult, Supermedewerker)
- In possession of a B driving license and willing to travel up to 45 minutes with a company car around your place of residence
- Independent, eager to learn, accurate, flexible, communicative, and above all positive
- Proficient in Dutch and ideally also in French or English, depending on the region
