What you do
- Actively listen and identify clients' interests and needs
- Facilitate clear communication between clients, care providers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team if necessary
- Contribute to a constructive, respectful, and client-oriented approach
- Safeguard the confidentiality of the mediation process
What they ask
- Very good command of Dutch
- A Master's degree in Law is required
- Other prior educational backgrounds such as psychology, social work, or orthopedagogy are also considered
