Procurement Advisor
You will be part of a procurement and contracts team. This role is for a Procurement Advisor within a business operations team of approximately 80 professionals, divided into five clusters.
What you do
- You advise colleagues on procurement issues, particularly procurement processes in the social domain, and manage organization-wide external hiring requests.
- You guide (European) tender procedures.
- You serve as a point of contact, share your procurement knowledge, and promote procurement policy within the organization.
- You identify needs with content experts, translate these into concrete Programs of Requirements, and co-write tender documents.
- You collaborate with contract managers and the contract administrator.
- You conduct market explorations and market consultations.
- You are given ample space to shape your role independently.
What they ask We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Procurement Advisor who enjoys building connections and positively positioning procurement. The ideal candidate enjoys working with the team and has a proactive, collegial, and solution-oriented attitude.
- HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level, preferably supplemented with a procurement qualification (e.g., NEVI I, Post HBO Procurement & Tendering or equivalent). NEVI II is a plus.
- Relevant work experience as a procurement advisor, with substantial experience within the social domain and a strong affinity for the procurement profession.
- Excellent advisory and negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and the drive to challenge yourself and your colleagues.
- Eager to learn, takes initiative, thinks in solutions, and is skilled in planning and organizing.
